Manufacturing. Each chair is being sold separately. It measures about 37.5 inches in height with a width of 17 inches with a depth of 20 inches...the seat height is about 18 inches. The chairs are about as close to mint as one could imagine...THey were purchased by a Corporation that controlled Sterling Bank...they look unused with minute signs of wear...they were purchased along with a variety of things from the corporate warehouse.
