This is an antique hanging oil lamp. All matching parts. It has a 14" hand
painted shade. No chips or cracks. It has all crystal prisms. It has an owl chain spreader/balancer. The font is marked Oil Guard pat. 1870 also in a diamond pattern. It appears to be totally functional but I have not tested it as I don't want flammable materials in my shop nor do I want to ship them. Very pretty lamp. I recently purchased a HUGE collection of mostly Victorian oil lamps, and parts.
