Up for consideration is an Antique Keuffel & Esser Antique American Cast iron
and wood adjustable drafting table with large top. The piece when used as in the table position measures 72 inches long by 38 inches and in lowest position a table height of 36 inches. The table adjusts upwards an additional 12 inches to 48 inches in height in the flat horizontal position. The base has ball bearing rolling feet and long hardwood footrest and the top adjusts to be used on an angle...the top still has the old drafting ruler that runs on a pulley that goes clear across. THere is a multitude of small pin holes in the top where draftsman actually pinned their work to the top. Please note the top has an additional 2 inch piece of trim that was added to to bring it to 38 inches so I think originally it 36 by 72 inches. This old top also has a piece cut out which someone could fill in and color match you know that would help add a little character. Please see photos as part of the description.
