They iron on or heat press.

APPLICATION

Simply place them on garment or other surface ...place transfer paper

provided over the top..

(you can also use any thin material for this also handkerchief tea towel etc)

hold iron down over all of transfer or stones for about twenty seconds keeping it still.

once cooled turn garment inside out and repeat procedure for a few seconds

if for any reason the stones are still not stuck repeat procedure

with more pressure or a few seconds longer..
