Up for consideration is a fine and rare set of 16 Wedgwood Armorial Crest familial or matrimonial plates. They date from about 1910. They measure around 10 inches in diameter. It states "This Her Family Arms is Presented by S.Purdy to Mr.s Mary Sibley of Tisbury Wilts No chips cracks or repairs. The gilt work is in fantastic condition. They appear to be marked X6758. I would assume that this is a particular pattern. They really come from a super nice old estate. These have spent most of their life inside a fine cabinet. There is small gray splotches on a few plates. I have not attempted to clean them. Please understand that there is some glare on the gold when trying to capture all of the plates.
