up for consideration is an interesting vintage False face mask made of carved
wood and corn husk. It is probably Seneca or Iroquois in origins. It measures about 22 inches in height by 17 inches in width...This is a vintage tourist or gallery piece purchased by the owner sometime in the 1970's or so. The coloration is a lot planer than one sees in the opening gallery. It is rather pale and more like the lighter colored shots..it is unsigned.
