This is a large antique brass store type oil lamp. Very ornate. Unsure of brand.
This one actually has a very straight body. The white stuff is just some oxidation. I took a wire brush lightly just below the filler spot to show that it will clean up. I think you can actually bring back the shine with a little work. You can restore this or repurpose it. I think it would make a cool fountain, planter or maybe a hookah? It is nice enough to restore though. I recently purchased a HUGE collection of mostly Victorian oil lamps, and parts.
