This black tie pin was made by Avon and is dated 1986. It is made from a black
velveteen material, black plastic mesh and adorned with rhinestones in the shape of an oval in the center of the pin.The metal clasp works as it should.It measures 4" x 2 1/2".In very good vintage condition.It comes with original box which shows slight wear from age.
