Up for consideration is a original authentic 19th Century probably Italian 8"
Wall mount Winged Cherub. The piece is the real deal it has mottled dark paint on the back of which it should. It has the old antique eyelet for hanging...it also has great overall lightly perfectly aged surface or patina and last but not least the age appropriate style of face that is associated with 19th century Cherubs etc. Sort of fat pudgy well fed...It measures about 8 inches in height by 5 inches wide and about 3 inches thick of solid wood. One can even see the carving marks from the back side. The good thing about these wonderful pieces is there is always room for one more Cherub! Please see photos as part of the description.
