a kid so not COA is included. I saw him sign the card so I know it’s real. Any issue with authenticity ever please let me know. Condition is "Used" - I would call this FAIR condition, Some slight rubbing at the top edge of the card, small creases in the lower right front of the card and a gum stain on the back. Not a card that you’re going to hold as an investment for future value but a nice piece for a 1980’s Tigers fan for a couple bucks or less. Shipped with USPS First Class.
