Harley Davidson OEM 59579-01XE FLHTCU Luxury Blue Fender 01-04 with turn signal light bar. Fender is in good shape, there are some scuffs and light scratches on top of the fender, It also has a small chip right of the tail light opening. Comes with light bar turn signals, bumper and rail as well as fender tip lamp assembly wiring is all there for these. Will be shipped with light bar removed, but included. All though I'm calling the color Luxury Blue, it may be called a different color. There are so many Harley Davidson color codes/names, which in some cases are not indicated with the part number. Please do your research on the color. I will not authorize returns for color matches. Fits: Toring models 01-04 This part came out of a lot of take off parts. Some are new but most are used and a lot are unknown fitment and years. Take off parts could be removed from the bike for multiple reasons. Some of the reasons could be: replaced by an aftermarket part, defective in some way, color change, dings, scratches, nicks, chips, dents and bends.
