This whimsical tropical fish ceramic cookie jar features a yellow fish with blue
fins, expressive eyes, and reddish/pink "kissing lips". It includes the yellow fish salt and pepper ceramic shakers. The shakers are similar in detail to the cookie jar but have green fins. The cookie jar measures 8" tall and 10 1/2" x 6 1/2" and is possibly a Montgomery Ward piece. The salt & pepper shakers measure 2" tall and 2 1/2" x 2". They are free from chips and cracks and have intact stoppers. The cookie jar has a chip on the inside edge of opening which is not visible with lid in place. There are also 2 small chips in the glazing on the back fine. Crazing is present in areas. The dark specks on interior bottom are in the ceramic. Imperfections shown with exception of crazing as it did not show well in pictures.Friendly reminder that vintage items may have imperfections due to age, previous use, or manufacturing blemishes consistent with the era of their origin.
