This charming Limoges France trinket box is made of white porcelain, hand
painted with a delicate floral and fruit motif. There is a yellow pear and a blueberry in the center surrounded by pink blossoms and red berries with green and blue leaves . The box is shaped like an oval egg designed to be used as a trinket container or ornamental item. There is a metal flower shaped clasp on the front with a pretty blue and orange design which extends around the box. On the inside bottom there is a dainty design in the same colors. Peint Main Limoges s.e 27 in script on the bottom. There is also a foil sticker on the side that reads Made In France. Measures 1 1/2" tall wirh a 2 1/4" length and 1 1/2 width. It is in very good vintage condition. Free from chips, cracks, and paint loss.
