$ 795.00
Up for consideration is a colorful landscape painting by listed California, Ohio
France Artist William John Edmondson 1868-1966. The painting alone without the frame measures 11 by 13.75 inches and comes with it's good original period frame measuring at 14.5 by 17.5". It is signed lower left "W.J. Edmondson". Furthermore there is a small sketch or study on the back possibly for this or another. Please note... It took a while to figure out the signature but once you get it you can't unsee it! As for the most part that is the life of buying art in the real world... you see a painting like it pay the asking price and worry about who it is after...of course you don't have to be right all the time just most of the time...The painting is well done and colorful...it falls right into his genre of  work with correct palette and signature...He also did some other portraits some of which are engaged in sewing etc...and of course are very hefty when we speak of the wallet. His auction record is spectacular painting at $19,395. titled "The Yellow Sweater" in 2021 at Bonham's Knightsbridge..measuring 24x 27". If you have any questions or something to share please message me...buyer pays shipping. We also would like you to know this year marks our 25th here on Ebay...so thanks so much and please be safe out there we need you!!!

Warmest Regards,

Johnny
