1/2qt canister. First introduced in 1980, the pattern features a hand painted cobalt blue bird and floral design set against a smooth tan satin glaze.Inspired by early American salt-qlazed pottery, this durable stoneware ceramic piece is perfect for a farmhouse, cottagecore, or traditional kitchen aesthetic.Details:•Brand: Pfaltzgraff•Pattern: Folk Art•Capacity: 1 1/2 Quart•Approx dimensions: 7" tall including the lid with a 6" top diameter•Condition: Good vintage condition. No chips or crazing. There is a small stable hairline crack on the unglazed inner rim of underside of lid (see close-up photo). It does not go through to the top finished side of the lid, does not affect how the lid sits, and the piece remains completely structurally sound for display or dry storage. There are also pin holes in the glazing on one side of the canister. Both imperfections shown in last two photos. Friendly reminder that vintage items may have imperfections due to age, previous use, or manufacturing blemishes consistent with the era of their origin.
