Worden" in the lower right. The the title is hard to see as it is a monochrome it starts below the feet of the Angel... There are no listing for an artist of that name... These types of painting were usually done in around times of Human suffering etc...as it has a Global message. Probably done around the turn of the century or just after World War I.
