up for consideration is a pair of 18th Century Italian Alter Prickets or Candle
Sticks that have been converted into electric lamps. The lamps measure 44 inches with the prickets themselves 30.5 inches without the electrical ensemble. These are hundreds of years old and have some wood on the interior. These are sheets of brass that have been hand worked into angel forms etc then soldered...they had a spike on the top of which held the wax candle.
