Up for consideration is an exceptional Neo-Classical Bronze Plaque by listed
Italian Artist Benedetto Boschetti (1820-1879). It is signed in the lower right corner. The overall dimensions including the frame is about 14.5 inches by 10.25 inches. The plaque itself may be somewhere around 7 by 10 inches. Now on to the plaque well you just can't get any more charming and Neo-Classical than this.... young Angels Cherubs Putti Children playing. The casting is superb great patina and the original frame! The Frame? The frame! is just ......just take a look yourself. You cannot buy things of this quality anymore. It was probably made in around 1850's or 60's. One can hang it on the wall or stand it on a table top as it has an easel back that may or may not still be functioning.
