Hanukkah Charm Bracelet Rhodium Plated Metal Alloy Set With Sparkling Austrian
Crystals & Jewellers Enamel The design inspiration behind the Chanukah jewels, is one born from family traditions, the celebration of Chanukah is one of my fondest and joyous childhood memories. Every year for Chanukah (pre-COVID of course), I managed to get together most, if not all my family , together with numerous friends from all over the world at my home to celebrate.One particular year, I believe in 2014, I had just finished writing the last chapter my book and was feeling particularly circumspect and nostalgic since I had spent two years writing about my family history and my many adventures.This lead me to contemplate what is truly important in life and what would be my meaningful legacy. I decided to share and gift some of my designs personally to my friends and family.Ultimately I decided there was only one thing that was paramount in my mind and heart....Family was the answer!Inspiration hit me, I decided that year, instead of the usual gifts I would share and gift my designs which were family inspired. I had displayed these deigns all over the world from Japan to China and from Italy to Russia, but never once, with my own family and friends.That first year I shared the Chanukah charm bracelet, the following year the Chanukah brooch pendant, which only shows the two winning sides of the dreidel.In future years I gifted The Mama and Papa pillbox as it was called in Russia ( for which , by the way, I wrote an accompanying short story) and then the dancing Hippo and Squirrel pillbox.So I thought it apt to bring it back to a larger audience this year ,when time with family will be even more precious than usual.To Family and L‘chaiyim!
