President Lyndon B. Johnson 37th President of the United States of AmericaThis gold-capped black Scripto 200 felt tip pen was used by President Johnson as a gift from 1966 - 1968. They were given to friends and officials as a personal gift from the President. They were also sometimes used as bill signers by the President in place of his usual Parker pens. President Johnson was the first President to have a signature on his pens and boxes.
