This Hull Pottery bean pot in brown drip glaze is the perfect blend of rustic
farmhouse and mid-century durability. It features a deep glossy chocolate brown body with a creamy tan drip glaze around the rim and lid knob. It has an approximate 2qt capacity and is 6 3/4" tall (including the lid) with a 6 1/4" top diameter. From handle to handle it is 7 1/2". Originally designed for baking beans or stews, it also makes a wonderful cookie jar, countertop canister, or even a unique utensil holder. There is a small chip or possibly just an imperfection in the glazing on one of the handles (shown in last picture).Friendly reminder that vintage items may have imperfections due to age, previous use, or manufacturing blemishes consistent with the era of their origin.
