This Kelly's String art kit #5006 is titled Country Scene and dated 1980.
The box was partially sealed upon me receiving. It appears everything needed to complete the kit is present: 12"x16" fiberboard, cloth, brass plated nails (still sealed), string, pattern and directions. Only tools required are a hammer and scissors. Finished kit size is 12" x 16".
