Up for consideration is an attractive Large Hooked rug or Textile work of art that is nicely framed. The overall dimension is 39 x 48 inches. It is in wonderful condition. It is unsigned...this piece really comes together nice...the frame is Victorian extremely well made and well made. This may be an early stencil rug or something hand made by a master craftsperson. It's at least from the 1960's and possibly earlier...The frame is exceptionally deep and made of Walnut and professional reinforced...the piece itself looks to be mounted on masonite.
