Up for consideration is an Antique American Gothic Cast Iron baby crib or cradle
in good original condition. The piece is from another time era it has wonderful curly iron curtain holder that would hold a sheer cover so that baby is protected from things in the natural environment. It measures about 62 inches in height as measured to the top of the curly iron appendage 40 inches in length and I have to recheck the width looks to be about 24 inches or so. The height to the edge of the cradle is about 28 inches. I would not recommend using the crib as it not up too today's safety standards but it makes for a great movie prop store display or holder for dolls Teddy Bears or anything else you might think important... It looks to be from the turn of the century or slightly earlier . It has a great look and is structurally sound. It unbolts at the ends very quickly and easy...the curly iron piece unbolts...it is on casters.
