Up for consideration is a fine old Polyphon small disc music box marked
Musterschutz No 17474. The box measures 7.25 inches by 7.25 inches with a height of 3.75 inches. The disc size are 6.5 inches in diameter of which there are 7 discs. The top is very unusual as it has a Victorian NeoClassical Relief in Celluloid of Cupids or Angels with instruments...can't seem to find one with this wonderful scene. Please don't ask what songs they play. Please see photos as part of the description. Please read above about the locking pin at the center which holds the disc and spins it needs to be popped up manually sometimes in order for the box to play.
