up for consideration is a fine late 19th Century Plains possibly Arapaho Dispatch Case or Bag. It measures without the cones and horsehair about 8 inches by about 6 inches. The piece is stiff and the top flap should fold down but it is a bit stiff it finishes off the top nicely. There are three strands of soft hide that attached to the top flap which correspond with 3 straps on the body. They are worn but present. The sides have 8 cones each of which there are 4 pairs that are conjoined on each side. The horsehair is worn near the bottom right side and missing from the front bottom small cone.
