Vintage Art Deco Hall China Westinghouse Hercules Oval Refrigerator Dish With Lid

This art deco tan or taupe oval covered refrigerator dish was made by Hall China
Co. exclusively for Westinghouse. The Hercules container was given out as a promotional gift when purchasing a new appliance in the 1940s/50s and originally designed as leftover food containers that fit efficiently within early refrigerators. The dish with lid measures 3 3/4" tall (without lid 3") and is a 7" x 4 1/4" oval. It is in good vintage condition. Free from chips and cracks. There is an area on the top of the lid with black specks, possibly nicks (shown in last picture).Friendly reminder that vintage items often have imperfections due to age, previous use, or manufacturing blemishes consistent with the era of their origin.
