The bench dates from about the 1870's and has all the bells and whistles of a great piece...it has a high back with super cool gothic spires along the top...it is paneled and carved in sections...has lift up seat for storage...all original coloration with no visible repairs...the best carved "Monk's Head" arm rests. Lastly a great size. Meaning it will not to big and not to small. Measuring about 51 inches in height with a width of just 42 inches.
