Up for view is a rare set of 3 Cast iron and walnut Sepco Soda Fountain or Ice
cream parlor swivel seats with unique back support. The seat height is about 26.5 inches with the overall height being about 35 inches...width is 16 whereas the depth is about 12 inches...there is some light wear to the enamel at the base but overall they are sturdy hardy pieces that will outlive us all. The chair portion simple sits in the bushing at the top of stand....One can swivel left and right...they are smooth and work well. The custom bases work well allowing the piece to free stand...normally these type of stools mounted to the wooden floor of the Pharmacy Fountain soda or ice parlor and were more or less stationary even though they could be swiveled.
