This vintage ceramic pitcher is a charming piece of history from the legendary
Restaurante Botín in Madrid, Spain, Established in 1725, Botín is officially recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world's oldest restaurant. It features a traditional Spanish majolica style- a creamy white base with vibrant, hand-painted scenes in turquoise, ochre, and earthy brown tones. The pitcher has blemishes in the glazing/ceramic and there is a nick near the bottom (shown in last picture). It stands 7" tall and approx 5" from tip of spout to edge of handle. Signed Gonfer Puente on the bottom.
