This vintage Lenwile Ardalt Studio art glass rooster figurine paperweight,
hand-blown in Japan during the late 1950s, beautifully mimics the iconic Italian Murano aesthetic of the same era. Details: •Technique: Features a vibrant, multi-colored internal Millefiori floral pocket at the core •Texture: Encased in thick, heavy clear glass filled with beautiful controlled bubbles •Accents: Finished with bright, striking red applied art glass elements forming the rooster's comb and wattle •Era: Circa late 1950s •Maker: Lenwile Glass by Ardalt Inc. (Made in Japan) •Approx dimensions: 4 1/8" tall with a 2 1/2" width and 2 1/4" depth •Condition: Good vintage condition. There are minor flea bites along the base edge. One of the wings also has a small nick as shown in last picture.
