Up for consideration is a fine vintage Watercolor painting of man in traditional
garb with a falcon. Measurements are 24 by 30 inches including the frame with the view being about 14 by 20. Looks to be possibly without offense to anyone a Russian or Mongolian as per a quick Google image review. The painting is exceptional and of which the artist is a regionalist meaning there is no auction records or sales history...of the artist to be found.
