Up for consideration is a vintage oil on canvas painting of a tall ship by listed Nautical Artist Preston Willis. The painting alone measures 8 by 10 inches and with the frame measures a bit more. It is signed and comes with a certificate stamp on the back. Although this art brokerage with their ceritificates of authenticity is a doomed hoax this particular artist that signs using that name has broken through to bring surprising values and is somewhat it in demand. The artist always seems to stick with the nautical or ship theme and of course it has worked. The painting is convincing. It is super and comes from a smoke and pet free environment.
