This large handmade stoneware/ceramic mixing bowl features a handpainted apple
motif and a vibrant red spongeware ruffled rim and interior. This substantial piece is as functional as it is decorative.At 11" in diameter with a 5" height this heavy duty studio pottery piece works well for tossing large salads, mixing bread dough or serving as a countertop fruit bowl or centerpiece bowl.Weighs 4# 13 oz.It is in good vintage condition. Free from chips and cracks. There is crazing throughout the majority of the exterior surface (shown best in last picture).
