1090----A.F. SCHWERD NORTH SIDE PITTSBURGH BLANK STOCK CERTIFICATE - FIRE 2003 Original (blank unused) stock certificate from the A.F. Schwerd Mfg Co of Pittsburgh PA (North Side). One of the oldest existing companies in Pittsburgh until destroyed by fire in 2003 (see clips below). This wood porch column company was incorporated in 1911, but in business from the 1860s in a smaller capacity.   This unused stock certificate was from one of the oldest stock binders in company history. Remains in VG condition and measures (with stub at left) approx 14 x 8-1/4.
