7129----1840's JG Alcock rare Oriental Stone 16" Circassia platter dated 1843

Beautiful and rare 16-1/4" x 12-3/4" JG Alcock Circassia Oriental Stone platter. Impressive size and weight. "1843" in red on bottom.  I have seen other Alcock's with similar date markings. Overall nice clear marks with impressed Oriental Stone. VF condition - some expected crazing - an area on bottom with three small chips Another grouping of a few smaller indentations on bottom (see image). No chips or issues around rim.
