The Martin Cox Coarse Grade Clay Bar is a 200g professional-grade decontamination bar for removing heavily bonded contamination that finer clays can't shift. The purple coarse-grade formula is ideal for neglected paintwork, pre-paint correction prep and industrial fallout removal.

• For severely contaminated paint — follow with a fine-grade clay bar or polish
• Must be used with clay lubricant or quick detailer spray

Directions

Wash and dry the vehicle first. Knead the clay into a flat pad. Spray a panel liberally with clay lubricant or quick detailer. Glide the clay in straight back-and-forth strokes — never circular. Regularly fold and knead to expose a fresh surface. Wipe off residue with a microfibre. Do not drop the clay — if dropped, discard that section.

Important

Coarse grade clay will leave minor marring on some paint types — always machine polish or hand polish after use to restore clarity before applying protection.
