This beautiful desktop silver/silver plate notepad cover has both the presidential seal and Bill Clinton's signature. Presented in its original blue box with gold presidential seal. Measures approximately 4" X 6 ". A very nice presidential gift item from the Clinton administration. Notepad included. There may be slight oxidation at the bottom of the notepad cover. Cover has a mirror/reflective finish which I could not capture well in my photos.
