This is a Parker - Eversharp silver cap pen from the presidency of Lyndon B. Johnson. The President would use the silver cap pens to sign legislation into law from 1965 - 1968. The gold cap pens were his gift pens. It's in very good condition and comes in its original box with the presidential seal and facsimile Lyndon B. Johnson signature. This pen appears to be unused.
