This is a nice Parker 45 Bill Signer Pen from the Presidency of Richard M. Nixon. The pen is blue, with the top silver in color. It comes in a white, brass-trimmed presentation box stamped with the Presidential Seal and President Nixon's facsimile signature in gold. This was President Nixon's bill-signing pen. This type of pen was often used as a gift item given by the President to close friends and visiting VIPs.
