Black Seed Uses and Benefits
As well as being used as an everyday food supplement or as a spice or flavoring for various cuisines, the Black Seed can also be used to help treat and cure many conditions.
Science confirms that its healing components work in synchronicity to help maintain optimum health, whilst research tells us that there is not another herb known to man that works with such a wide range of healing capabilities.
Nigella Sativa Seeds – mostly used in cooking as a flavouring or spice, whilst of course adding a useful health kick.
Nigella Sativa Powder (ground Nigella Sativa) – mostly used in cooking (to add flavour, but also adds a great health kick).
Black Seed Oil – Nigella Sativa seeds are cold pressed to extract the oil. Nothing is added to our oil, and our seeds are only pressed once; ensuring a true virgin quality Black Seed Oil that is unrivalled in both quality and taste.
Black Seed Oil /Seeds is a multi-purpose natural remedy that can be used for just about anything, due to the wide range of properties that it has to offer:
The oil can be taken orally as an everyday food supplement to help boost the immune system in order to maintain optimum health. Though the oil is intended to be used as an everyday preventive supplement, it is also commonly used to help treat and/or cure:
Black Seed Oil can also be applied externally to the skin (to help treat things such as Dry Skin, Scars, Acne, Itchy Scalp, Eczema, Psoriasis, and Inflammation on the skin). It is also commonly used to aid weight loss (due to its blood-sugar lowering properties), and also to aid hair growth (by strengthening the hair follicles).
Using Black Seed Oil nourishes and revitalizes the hair – resulting in a stronger, healthier, and shinier look. In recent years, the West have particularly taken to the use of Black Seed Oil for the hair.
Black Seed Oil Capsules – These capsules contain the very same Black Seed Oil that we sell in bottles, and therefore offer the very same benefits.
Our Black Seed Oil Capsules are a very popular product since taking the oil neat is an acquired taste (9 out of 10 people will likely agree that Black Seed Oil doesn’t taste very nice – and when first starting to take the oil the belching/ aftertaste can be a little too much for some people to tolerate).
The capsules offer a tasteless (and more convenient) way of taking Black Seed Oil.

History of the Black Seed
The Black Seed has been used throughout many different cultures for more than two thousand years!
Packed full of proteins, carbohydrates, antioxidants, volatile oils, and boasting over 100 health-giving properties; Nigella Sativa (Black Seed) is known to many as ‘the Gold of the Pharaohs’ - mainly because it was found in Tutankhamen's tomb.
It was also mentioned in The Bible (Old Testament).
The ancient Egyptians knew and used the Black Seed and described it as a panacea (a cure for problems/ disease).
The Romans also knew of the black seed and called it ‘Greek Coriander’. Documented by the Greek Physician and Pharmacologist of the 1st century, Dioscorides, as an ailment for general health problems such as toothaches & headaches; it was mainly used as a dietary supplement.
It is also more commonly known that The Holy Prophet Muhammad once said; "Use the Black Seed for indeed it is a cure for all disease except death."
For a very long time, Black Seed has used by millions of people, mostly in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe as an everyday food supplement (to help compliment their health).
In recent years, the west has slowly began to learn of the wonderful healing powers of The Black Seed and as such it is now widely used around Western Europe and America.

You may take the oil with a teaspoon of honey to help mask the taste somewhat.
Strong Oil – Our Black Seed Oils contain a much higher level of volatile oil than most other Black Seed Oils on the market. Because of this we suggest taking 1tsp twice daily (either before or after food).
You may take the oil with a teaspoon of honey to help mask the taste.
