up for consideration is Folky Modernist type Naive Landscape painting signed Charles Selmer and dated 1937. The painting measures about 17 by 25 inches and is unframed. It has an interesting look with no visible repairs. It is probably continental. Is it me or do the clouds look like they are moving? Anyways I have 3 by the same artist.
