Antique 17th 18th Century Baroque Carved Cherub 6" Sculpture Italian German

Up for consideration is a beautiful early carved wood Sculpture depicting a Neoclassical Putti Cherub Putto or something along that line playing a percussion instrument. He measures 6 inches in height and is well carved. It is marked with a number on the bottom...judging by the patina and overall form the piece is probably 18th century or so...
