Antique 19th C Plains Dispatch bag case horsehair Beaded Native American

up for consideration is a fine late 19th Century Plains possibly Arapaho Dispatch Case or Bag. It measures without the cones and horsehair about 8 inches by about 6 inches. The piece is stiff and the top flap should fold down but it is a bit stiff it finishes off the top nicely. There are three strands of soft hide that attached to the top flap which correspond with 3 straps on the body. They are worn but present. The sides have 8 cones each of which there are 4 pairs that are conjoined on each side. The horsehair is worn near the bottom right side and missing from the front bottom small cone.  If you have any questions concerns or something to share please message me.
