Antique Evans ? Merganser Carved wooden Duck Decoy Solid Body unusual head

Up for consideration is a vintage Evans Decoy with loose head that may or may not be original to the body. Anyways it has a look that's the way I found it. The head is great with crested crown and narrowed bill on the side. If it's an Evans it is extremely rare. Please see photos as part of the description.  Buyer pays shipping.
