Up for consideration is a fine Sevres or Sevres era bronze mounted porcelain hand painted urn lamp in excellent condition. The lamp expands up from 26 to 31 inches in height and sports a lovely Cupid with a beautiful lady discussing what Cupids and pretty girls do about love. The urn itself measures about 20 inches in height. It dates from the turn of the Century and really is quite a wonderful piece...this is far better than a courting scene and both Cupid or Angel as well as the girl are easy to look at. The coloration is right also with subtle grey and pink with gold gilt work. Please see photos as part of the description.
