Antique German Victorian Spun Cotton Feather Tree Ski Santa Claus Blue Eyes 4.5"

up for consideration is a very unusual seated Skiing Blue Eyed Santa made of Spun Cotton with feather tree on board. It measures 4.5 inches long with a height of 3 inches.
