Antique Kerosene Oil Lamp finger Cobalt Blue ribbed good condition

Up for consideration is a fine old Kerosene in interesting green uranium glass. It measures about 9.75 inches to the collar. I believe this to be Heart and Diamond  pattern. It has alternating heart variations on each panel.
