    Up for consideration is a Fine Victorian Silver Plate Rogers & Smith Meridan 214 figural horse with cart Napkin ring. It measures about 3.5 inches in length by 2 inches wide by 2.75 inches in height. It is monogrammed or contains the name of "Samuel" with a lovely bird motif on the top. It appears to be solid fine casted piece with no issues other than being slightly tarnished.
