Antique Shorebird Raised wings carved Glass eye Clark, Southard era Decoy

Up for consideration is carved and painted carved wooden Shorebird with raised wings and glass eyes. It measures about 8 inches in height with the stand and from Nail or bill to tail is 7 inches. The piece is unsigned. Carver unknown...has some age. Comes from an old primitive folk art collector of which collected decoys birds and other Folky pieces of interest.
